We want to bring joy to your life. We like going the extra mile to remember your birthday or favourite rock band. We can only do that by getting to know the real you – what makes you tick, the experiences you’ve had, and the things you still want to do. When we know what your goals are, we can help you live your best life.
This personal touch is what we believe makes Amicis different. Our whole service is built around you and keeping you connected to the things that matter to you – your community, your people, and everything that keeps you healthy and happy. You should think of us as an extension of your family – that’s what good, aged care feels like.
So, if you need a little extra help at home or are interested in finding out how our home aged care services work, please get in touch, and we can take you through what’s involved and how to get started.

At Amicis we put our clients at the centre of everything we do. This starts with our staff who are committed to the Aged Care Code of Conduct and deliver your supports and services in accordance with the Aged Care Charter of Rights.
We embrace the Aged Care Quality Standards and actively seek feedback from our clients, so we can continue to improve. Our staff have ongoing training to ensure they are up with the latest information relevant to the services they are providing. Our care managers supervise all of our care and support teams to ensure you are always receiving high quality care. If things go wrong, we act quickly to resolve the issue and put in place strategies to ensure mistakes are not repeated.
The Amicis CEO drives the organisational governance ensuring that systems are in place to report transparently to the Board of Directors and its Advisory Bodies and Committees. This will ensure that information flows from the point of care (the client and their care team) to the Board, and that Board decisions will be implemented in the front line. Amicis has an Audit and Quality sub-committee along with two Advisory Bodies - the Consumer Advisory and the Quality of Care Advisory Bodies.
The Advisory Bodies are made up of clients and their representatives, ensuring that clients have a direct line to communicate and evaluated the effectiveness, quality and safety of care and services.
